How long does delivery take?

Average delivery time is 30–60 minutes, depending on your location and Bali traffic. Late-night and early-morning deliveries are often faster — sometimes under 30 minutes.

Where do you deliver in Bali?

All major tourist areas: Ubud, Seminyak, Kuta, Legian, Canggu, Sanur, Jimbaran, Nusa Dua, Uluwatu, Denpasar, Pererenan, Berawa, and beyond. Just share your hotel address or a Google Maps pin via WhatsApp.

Do I need to pay in advance?

No. We accept cash on delivery, debit/credit card, or QRIS payment. International travelers don't need to send any payment before the medicine arrives.

Can you fill my prescription from home?

In most cases, yes. Send a clear photo of your prescription via WhatsApp and we'll check whether the same medicine — or a legal Indonesian equivalent — is available. Certain controlled substances require an Indonesian doctor's prescription.

Do your pharmacists speak English?

Yes — all of our pharmacists are fluent in English. We also have staff members who speak Mandarin and Russian, accommodating most international travelers visiting Bali.

What if my situation is a serious emergency?
